Rights Managed (RM) Licensing Information
Rights Managed Licensing
All images on this web site and in the on-line archive are available for Rights Managed licensed usage. (I do not offer Royalty Free nor microstock. My images that are listed with AGPix, Alamy, Green Stock Media, Photographer Direct, and their sub-distribution, are also only RM). As you may have noticed, I do not use an on-line licensing calculator, nor do I have high resolution JPGs available for immediate download (low resolution JPGs for comps are always available). I have found learning how you will utilize the image and negotiating a mutually agreeable licensing fee to be far more productive for both parties.
Following agreement, I then make the high resolution TIFF file immediately available for your download. The invoice will be generated shortly thereafter (n/30 upon publication). I have no problem being paid upon publication. My first priority is getting you the high resolution TIFF quickly.
High Resolution TIFF Image Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, all high resolution images are provided as a full-sized uncompressed TIFF file, Adobe RGB color space, 300 dpi. Digital delivery is provided via a dedicated link for each high resolution image. (My images have been captured with either the Canon 5D or 1Ds Mark III).
Lightbox
Enjoy the flexibility of creating your own lightbox of images for future reference, adding and/or deleting at will. Makes for easy planning. Low resolution comps are always available for download if needed.
Assignments
Can't find quite what you desire? I'm available for assignments anywhere I can drive in the United States and Canada. Satisfaction guaranteed.
